Navigating the many stairs with heavy luggage was exhausting!!! The awkward shared glass door in the bathroom setup left much to be desired. Also, maintenance issues such as inconsistent air conditioning deserve immediate attention!!!

The check-in process was smooth, and we were able to settle in early, which was a great start. Staying for a couple of nights allowed us to explore the nearby Uffizi Gallery and the lovely Pitti Palace.
